Description: This is a PlayStation MemoryCard image reader and editor. It supports most memory card formats including DexDrive, Epsxe, Bleem! and VGS formats.
This demonstrates:
(1) File registering. File extensions can be registered/unregistered to run in the program, the icon will also be set for the file extension.
(2) Subclassed windows to intercept the WM_COMMAND message, in order to open files in only one copy of the application.
(3) Reading of the memory card data (documentation included)
(4) Displaying Shift-JIS encoded text as japanese characters on PCs with Japanese fonts installed.
